Self-Care and Spiritual Scrpabooking;
I run workshops where we decorate notebooks to produce a Spiritual Journal, and then fill them with meditations and thoughts individual to each participant. The journals, and the ideas of what to fill such journals with, are something that participants can take away with them at the end of the day. The content for the journals includes: affirmations, quotes, what one is grateful for, memories.
I have run this workshop for Quakers and the Unitarians before, and had very good feedback. The workshops can be tailored for a number of age groups, including adults, young adults and children.
We can also produce journals to be used during an event such as a conference, weekend retreat or course, and be filled with reflections, learning or insights gained during the event.
